Kiki de Montparnasse accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel, hosiery, and beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure prompt processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
